There are three primary ways in which
humans interact: conversations, transactions, and Interactions.

between two or more participants in which the primary purpose of
the interaction is discovery or relationship building is
conversational collaboration. Conversations both internal and
external to your organization involve the free exchange of
information with no defined constraints. The ability to provide

benefits.
Transactional - The
exchange of transactions occurs each time a business
relationship is established. In most cases the purpose
transaction based exchanges are to establish a clear documented
relationship between participants while providing set benefits
to both. To ensure the ability to clearly document, implement
and analyze these transaction in B2B (Business to Business) or
B2C (Business to Consumer) e-commerce technology should be
deployed strategically in systems within your organization.
Interactional - In collaborative
interactions the main function of the participants' relationship
is to alter a collaboration entity. These interactions can
include the development of an ideas, the creation of a design,
or the organizational achievement of a shared goal.
Collaborative interactions can be difficult to qualify and in
turn difficult to document the real return of these technologies
